To provide a more stable and high-quality fiat-to-crypto trading experience, our third-party payment provider, Legend Trading, will undergo system upgrades and maintenance specifically for users in the United States.
During this maintenance period, the following services will be affected:
- Scope of Impact: Users whose residence and KYC-verified country is the United States.
- Affected Services: Buying crypto via Credit/Debit Card and Fiat Balance through Legend Trading.
- Maintenance Status: These services are temporarily suspended (expected recovery time will be announced in a separate notice).
Please Note:
- Other Regions Unaffected: Legend Trading services remain fully operational for users outside the United States.
- Asset Safety: This maintenance only affects the fiat-to-crypto gateway. Your existing digital assets and wallet balances are safe and remain unaffected.
- Alternative Solutions: During this period, U.S. users can still perform cryptocurrency deposits through other supported third-party providers (such as Coinify, Mercuryo, etc.) or via direct on-chain transfers.
