Thank you for your continued support throughout 2025! To show our appreciation, we’re launching a Year-End User Survey. Complete the survey to earn Bonus rewards. Users whose suggestions are adopted will also have a chance to receive the “Outstanding Suggestion Award.” Your feedback helps us continuously improve our products and campaigns — we look forward to hearing from you!

📋 Eligibility

1. A valid survey submission must meet the following criteria:

• The survey must be fully completed (100% completion rate);
• A valid BYDFi UID must be provided for evaluation and reward distribution.

2. The Outstanding Suggestion Award will be evaluated based on feasibility and adoption.

🎁 Reward Rules

• Participation Reward: 100 users will be randomly selected from all valid submissions to receive a $20 Bonus each.
• Outstanding Suggestion Award: 10 users who provide feasible and constructive suggestions will receive a $50 Bonus each.

📌 Additional Rules

1. Users only need to complete the survey and provide a valid BYDFi UID to be eligible.
2. Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days after the event ends.
3. BYDFi reserves the final right of interpretation and may adjust or cancel the event based on market conditions.
